By downloading, installing, or using the Stravnyk mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Description of Service
Stravnyk is a recipe management application that allows you to:
- Create, store, and organize recipes
- Import recipes from websites and other sources
- Plan meals and create grocery lists
- Sync data across your devices via iCloud
- Use cook mode for step-by-step cooking guidance
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the App
- Respect copyright when importing recipes from third-party sources
- Maintain the security of your device and iCloud account
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Stravnyk and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Recipes you create or import remain your property. You grant us no rights to your recipe content beyond what is necessary to provide the App's functionality.
Pricing & Third-Party Services
- The App is completely free with all features included
- AI-powered recipe recognition from photos requires you to provide your own Google Gemini API key
- Your API key is stored locally on your device and is never sent to our servers
- Usage of the Gemini API is subject to Google's terms and pricing
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that recipes imported from third-party websites are accurate, complete, or safe. Always use your own judgment when cooking.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Stravnyk be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
